Originally from a Digital Marketing and Start-Up Background, Tommy is a passionate entrepreneur who gets most of his inspirations from everyday life. As a matter of fact, this restaurant was inspired by his years of travel and his passion for eating delicious Chicken. We're not kidding about the Chicken part, he seriously eats it every chance he gets, in whatever style that it's prepared, at every restaurant he ever visits. This man knows his Chicken.
We are absolutely positive that Grace came out of the womb speaking restaurant, and by the age of 12, she was already helping her family run one. Legend has it that her first words were actually, "Needs more flavor." An active volunteer for charity organizations and an absolute animal lover, Grace is widely known for her big dreams and even bigger heart. From all of our secret recipes to our daring flavor fusions, Grace has become the innovative genius behind the whole operation
Every great thing is a result of one person who dared to ask the question, "How?" Meet the man who made it happen and till this day, still continuing to make it happen. From planning all the way to execution, Wilson is the reason why our restaurant runs like a well oiled machine. With over 10 years of Managerial experience and just as much in drinking good Beer, there's no wonder Tom Hanks couldn't live without him in Castaway.
